These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cz66 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the cz66 website or mobile service, you fully accept all provisions of these Terms.

cz66 operates an online gaming and cricket betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Accessing or using our platform means you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.

• If multiple accounts are operated from the same IP address or device, or if members of the same household share a payment method, you must inform our support team.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cz66 may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. cz66 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

The cz66 platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming activity on the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use this platform. cz66 reserves the right to verify age in cases of doubt. If an account is opened by providing a false age, that account will be immediately cancelled and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• cz66 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.

cz66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (deposit + bonus). This means you must wager the total amount 10 times before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus conditions are met using third-party funds, or if any manipulation is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

The cz66 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. The cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms and validity period, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Accepting a promotion means you agree to its associated terms and conditions.
• cz66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

cz66 offers slot games, cricket betting, fishing games, live casino, and many other types of games on its platform. All games are conducted fairly and transparently.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in the game interface.
• Any abnormal outcome caused by a technical error will not be considered valid.
• If a connection is lost during betting, the outcome of that bet will be determined according to the server record.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors will not be considered valid winnings, and that account may be closed.

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Manipulating bonus conditions or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

cz66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified time.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• At the account holder's own request (self-exclusion).
• On the instruction of any legal or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed with pending bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements, the associated bonus funds will be cancelled. However, the return of legitimate deposit funds (excluding bonuses) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

cz66 provides its services on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment processors.
• Temporary platform closure or unavailability during maintenance.
